Each system is custom designed to meet your security needs and provide you with the maximum protection utilizing state of the art technology
1. Patrol
Our uniformed security officers are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by adopting the principals of the C.O.P (community orientating program) methodology. Simply put, our guards are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees. Letting the public know that we are there for them generates a feeling of community and safety.
2. Dispatch
Our offices are staffed around the clock with customer service representatives for your convenience. While most of our Competitors work from their homes, C.S.A. staffs fully functional offices. Our customer service representatives are not salespeople; they are security professionals assigned to light duty or administrative functions.
California Safety Agency Officers Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
